Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return the item back to us

If you have received a product that is no longer needed, you can log a return by can contacting us at support@nutrisquadltd.co.uk and providing a reason for the return. We will then contact you by email to confirm the return . If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will have to return the product/s to us at your own cost within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition, with a copy of your invoice/delivery note inside of the parcel. Once this has been returned and inspected, you will then receive a refund confirmation by email. To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags/ seals intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally Sale/ offer items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Damages and Issues

We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault/damage with an item you have received, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item by contacting us on 07340524937 or alternatively email us at support@nutrisquadltd.co.uk and include the order number and reason for return for the item/s you’d like to return. In some circumstances we may require an image of the damaged item for us to send a replacement or refund. Please do not dispose of the item before you are advised to do so by a member of our team.

Please inspect your order carefully before you sign to say that ''you have received them in good condition''. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a parcel, which is damaged beyond all levels of acceptability, you must REFUSE the delivery. Do not sign for the items, take images of the parcel and contact us immediately stating the reason for refusal. We will then open an investigation into this with the courier and will correspond with yourself to get this issue resolved. in the best and quickest means possible.

How do I report an incorrect / missing item?

If you received an incorrect item in your order, please call / email us within 72 hours of receiving the product. Kindly include your order number and the barcode and description of the wrong product received. Any submissions beyond this timeframe may be rejected or only be reviewed at our sole discretion/ individual basis. Additionally , if you have not received your order within the timeframe provided, please allow 2 working days and contact us if product still not received.

We will review the information and will be in touch as soon as possible for a resolution. We encourage customers to report to us within the specified timeframe to allow us to look into the matter promptly and resolve this for you.

How do I report a short dated/ expired product?

Please call / email us within 72 hours of receiving the product and provide us with the order number and barcode of the product. We will promptly respond with a resolution.Items
